Hong Kong based startup Butler began by selling housekeeping subscriptions but once they pivoted into an AI-assisted way for landlords to automate things like tenant inquiries they have become profitable and are now expanding to other regions.
👑 Coming for the King
The former co-CEO of Autodesk has started a competitor, called Motif, that will challenge the ubiquitous design program with “cloud-native 3D computer-aided design tools that will have elements of machine learning and AI.”

The short-term rental PropTech company Blueground has been sued by the Los Angeles city attorney for allegedly raising prices as much as 50 percent in the aftermath of the devastating recent fires.
