Last week, a wave of REITs reported quarterly earnings, with most showing solid growth, especially those tied to data centers. One emerging theme from those calls was the more aggressive use of artificial intelligence in underwriting deals. The company noted that the system’s analyses have been roughly 90% accurate so far, making the experiment a promising step toward data-driven investing.
